We invite you to stay in our beautiful two-bedroom suite located in the heart of Prince Edward County. A one-minute walk to Main Street in Picton and a 15-minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. This space has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and laundry. Enjoy a walk to the Picton Harbour, go for a picnic at the gorgeous Macaulay Heritage Park, or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants in Picton.

Good to know

The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and spices. We love to cook and have included ceramic dishes handmade in Portugal from Fable and knives from Kilne. Please feel free to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment. The living room hosts a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The two bedrooms have luxurious Helix Sleep mattresses and high quality, hotel grade bed linens.

House Rules

Pet Pre-Approval Needed: We'd love to get to know your furry family member! Before your stay, please introduce us to your dog by providing a few details for a swift approval process. At the moment, we're exclusively hosting dogs to ensure the comfort of all our guests. For all other pets, we are happy to provide contact information for local pet sitting services. Please note, a $300 fee will be applied for any exceptions to these rules without prior arrangement. Overnight Street Parking: There is an overnight on-street parking ban in effect from December 1st to March 31st.

Other Details to Note

The home hosts two separate suites and is perfect for a couple or small family. The staircase in the unit is steep, which could be a challenge for some guests. The house it 1 and 1/2 stories and both bedrooms do have slanted ceilings. License Number: ST-2021-0194

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement situé à deux pas de la rue principale de Picton, des restaurants et des activités. L’endroit était propre et bien entretenu. Le fait qu’il accepte les chiens était un énorme avantage pour nous, et nous avons été ravis de pouvoir voyager avec notre compagnon à quatre pattes. Scott a été extrêmement généreux dans ses instructions et ses recommandations, ce qui est parfait pour de nouveaux voyageurs découvrant la région. Ses conseils ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement est petit pour deux couples qui souhaiteraient y rester longtemps, mais pour un court séjour comme le nôtre, c’était absolument parfait. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour profiter pleinement de Sandbanks et de Picton !

We booked literally 30 mins before turning up at the doorstep and found the property welcoming despite the last minute reservation. It's a beautiful little house with all mod cons, comfortable beds, sofas and general feel of being home. It is a few minutes walk from the main street and shops. Parking is outside the house. We loved it and would gladly stay there if in the area. Highly recommended. nothing but need to point out that the property is not fully accessible so people with some mobility issues take note that the stairs to the bedrooms are narrow and you have to watch your head on 2 points.
