Pet Pre-Approval Needed: We'd love to get to know your furry family member! Before your stay, please introduce us to your dog by providing a few details for a swift approval process. At the moment, we're exclusively hosting dogs to ensure the comfort of all our guests. For all other pets, we are happy to provide contact information for local pet sitting services. Please note, a $300 fee will be applied for any exceptions to these rules without prior arrangement.

Other Details to Note

This house has a fire pit that you can use - there is a gas station a couple of minutes away with firewood for purchase. If you choose to have a fire, you must follow the simple instructions to activate the burn permit. Please note that the home is for sale, any showings to the public will be arranged around guest reservations. A lawn sign will be present on the yard.

The house property was exactly as described, very close to all amenities like restaurants, weekend market, grocery store, art studios. The house was impeccably clean and kitchen was very nicely laid-out and furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Scott's! Ideally located in the heart of Wellington, yet far enough off the main street to be quiet. The house is pretty inside and clean, exactly as in the photos. Scott is very pleasant to deal with and always responds quickly. Only downside maybe for those who cook a lot: the kitchen could be better equipped (no large salad bowl or spinner, bad can opener, only 4 wine glasses, etc.). But otherwise, it was really great!
